Products, prices and orders

Prices are in Australian dollars. Select the product, colour, size and quantity shown on the product page before ordering. The order total and any delivery charge are shown at checkout. Please check your order, email address and Australian delivery details before paying.

Full-payment pre-orders

Products marked as pre-orders are paid in full at checkout and ship later; they are not ready-to-ship stock. We accept orders for replenishment batches. Items in the same order may ship in different batches, and the dispatch date is currently unconfirmed.

We will send order updates by email as dispatch information becomes available. Delivery transit time begins after dispatch. Express delivery does not speed up production, replenishment or dispatch.

You can cancel a pre-order item before it is dispatched for a full refund of that item by emailing traxapparel@hotmail.com with your order number. If your whole order is cancelled before dispatch, the delivery charge is also refunded. If we cannot fulfil an item, we will contact you and refund that item.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot be excluded.
